The project aims at enhancing the soft skills of ELSA officers and members.
As an outcome, the participants will acquire new skills, or further practise the ones they have already obtained. The trainers will provide the participants with the theoretical knowledge they need, and then prepare exercises for practical implementation.
Through a training session, people can develop their self-awareness, improve their interpersonal competences, as well as gain knowledge and expertise.
TRAINING
Training in ELSA is divided into soft skills training and officers’ training.
Soft skills training is aiming at developing personal attributes that enhance an individual’s interactions, career prospects and job performance.
Officers’ training is aiming at developing the members to be fully equipped as ELSA officers.
