Testimonials on ELSA Training
I had the experience that being part of a team and working together on projects is sometimes not as easy as it seems. The mixture of motivation, many ideas and ambition can create a chaotic composition. Within training, experienced ELSA trainers show you the right tools to bundle up all these aspects, which can make a big difference when it comes to personal soft skills, teamwork and in the end the success of a term.

Secretary General of ELSA Germany 2015/2016
Having participated in ELSA training sessions, organised training events and experienced the core of this project on the international level, I can safely say that, through ELSA Training, the association is providing law students and young lawyers with a full package of opportunities, not only focusing on the acquisition of legal knowledge and skills, but also aiming at the intrapersonal and interpersonal development of an individual. ELSA Training compliments the obtained academic competences and serves as a means of their more effective implementation by young people.

Secretary General of ELSA International 2015/2016
For me, ELSA Training is a unique opportunity to enhance soft skills and ELSA-related officers’ skills. By engaging in training sessions delivered by skilled ITP Trainers, you gain concrete tools to develop yourself for your ELSA work and more importantly for your future professional career. I can only recommend everyone to participate in an ELSA training.
Mads Lorentzen
President of ELSA Denmark 2014/2015
As an ITP Trainer, I have the privilege to get to help ELSA members discover their own potential and abilities. In a training session, we leave the classic teacher-student approach in order to focus on mutual development. A training should help you find new paths and ways of thinking to make you better prepared for your work in ELSA as well as your personal and professional life.
Jenny Hjalmarson
ITP Trainer
If there is anything a law student needs during his or her studies, it is soft skills. ELSA Training is not only for ELSA officers but also for all members that would like to enhance their knowledge, gain new skills and learn how to become the best candidates for their future employer. The skills I have obtained within ELSA events and training sessions during my studies helped me develop more, both personally and professionally. ELSA trainers are there to support the ELSA Network; therefore, apply for a training session and use this unique opportunity to grow.

ITP Trainer | Vice President for the Student Trainee Exchange Programme of ELSA International 2009/2010
Being on time on Friday, November 18 at 1:30 pm in Lille in the workshop room of the Catholic University of Lille- this was my goal as that of the first arrivals for the pre NCM so eager to meet that we made many Kilometers from Friday morning to participate in Martina's training.
From the four corners of France we didn't know each other and we started with a round table presenting ourselves by exchanging about our personal experiences to know what motivated us most in our personal but also professional life.
As a result of this, at the request of Martina we have set up 4 teams to present our solutions in an original way so that we can remain motivated at all times.
I'll keep in memory for a long time our team's passage in front of everyone, exposing our motivating solutions by making rap, percussion and beat box. We really had a good time, it allowed the cohesion of the participants before the NCM officially began. Before leaving to do the sightseeing, it was compulsory for some of us (the grandfathers/mothers members of the network) to share a kind of ELSA Spirit with the new ones making the mythical song of the Baby Shark.
It was truly a pleasure to have Martina at our side for the training as well as for the ELSA social program! A real transmission, after all, ELSA is like that, sharing, cohesion and spending good time together! What a ELSAdventure ! #ELSALove

During our training week-end, we had the chance to attend Claas' trainings on transition and conflict resolution. Even if I consider myself as a trained officer, I highly appreciated everything we achieved as a group during these sessions. It gave us the opportunity to work all together and to share knowledge with everyone, but also, as a national board, to take a step back and to assess our own strategies and practices. His perspectives and the way he made us think about ourselves have been really helpful for the rest of our term and to start the new year with reliable basis and achievable resolutions.
