Estimate the possibilities for expansion inside your country; the number of law faculties in your country will tell you how many potential Local Groups could be established in the future.
Plan your first event as soon as possible in order to attract potential members and people interested in setting up Local Groups, to make your National ELSA Group known and to see your SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats).
Try to visit events organised by other ELSA Groups in order to gain further knowledge and develop bilateral relations and keep in touch with your members (via mailing lists, social media, presentations, gatherings, evets etc.).
