Conference on Migration and Refugee Law

ELSA Kent is happy to announce that we are hosting a conference on Migration and Refugee Law in the UK! This interdisciplinary conference will deal with Migration and Refugee Law from diverse angles including politics, human rights and social theory. This will give students an in-depth understanding of the context and nature of the refugee crisis and the law that applies to it.
It will be hosted at our campus in the beautiful medieval city of Canterbury. As well as bars and clubs, social events will include an historic river boat tour, cathedral tour, a curry night and, of course, lots of pubs! The University of Kent prides itself on being ‘the UK’s European University’, so we are very excited about welcoming ELSA members to our university.
Applications are now open for the for the 40 places – deadline 16th of June 23:00 GMT.
